Our Process

Before we work together, we want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand your tolerance for risk. Long-term relationships that encourage open and honest communication have been the cornerstone of our foundation of success. Our six-step process helps us learn more about you and ensures we are a good fit for your financial goals.

1. Introductory Conversation

We start with a relaxed, relationship‑focused meeting where we get to know you, your priorities, and what prompted you to seek guidance. We also want to know your goals, concerns, and the milestones you're planning for.

2. Goals & Discovery

Next, we take a deeper dive into your financial picture — income, assets, liabilities, family considerations, and long‑term objectives. We also walk through a structured risk assessment to understand your comfort level with market movement and how you make financial decisions.

3. Strategy Development

With a clear understanding of your goals and risk profile, we begin building a tailored plan. As a two‑advisor team, we collaborate behind the scenes to evaluate strategies, investment approaches, and planning recommendations that best fit our clients' needs.

4. Plan Presentation

We meet again to walk through the plan in detail. We explain the strategy, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident and informed. Transparency and education are core to our process — our clients should understand not just what we recommend, but why.

5. Implementation

Once you are comfortable with the plan, we begin implementing it together. This may include opening accounts, adjusting investments, updating beneficiaries, or coordinating with outside professionals like CPAs or attorneys.

6. Ongoing Guidance & Reviews

Our relationship doesn’t end once the plan is in place. We provide ongoing monitoring, regular reviews, proactive communication, and adjustments as life changes. Our clients benefit from having two advisors who stay engaged, accessible, and aligned with their long‑term well-being.
